The James Bond Christmas party is coming to Syon Park in West London. Expect 007 style and elegance, unlimited drinks, a mouthwatering 3-course dinner, casino tables and spectacular live entertainment.
If you’ve been given the job of organising an office Christmas party, this is a stress-free option. We sort out everything for you — and you can say goodbye to an eye-watering bar bill. Drinks are included in the price.
Your James Bond Christmas party venue is the Hilton, Syon Park in West London. It’s the perfect location for a luxurious festive celebration with your friends and colleagues.
The all-inclusive drinks are flowing, dinner has been enjoyed… but the night isn’t over. The entertainment has only just begun. The dance floor opens, and the band switches from cool Bond to some of the hottest tunes on the planet.
If you can stop dancing, try your luck at 007-style casino tables, or get your face bling on at the glitter bar.
Your Christmas party venue is the Grand Syon Ballroom at the Hilton, Syon Park in West London.
With its high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and crystal chandeliers, the hotel’s luxurious ballroom is the perfect space for partying the night away.
The hotel is just off the A315, on the edge of the 200-acre Syon House estate in Middlesex, West London. Syon Lane Station is a 15-minute walk away.
Or why not kick back, relax and stay at the hotel. It has 137 comfortable rooms plus a spa with heated swimming pool, whirlpool, aroma steam room and sauna.

STANDARD MENU:
Gravadlax of salmon with dill cream cheese, caper berries, rye toast.
Rolled breast of turkey wrapped in parma ham apricot stuffing, thyme and garlic roast potatoes, glazed root vegetables, chipolata, brussel sprouts, roast turkey jus.
Salted caramel cheesecake, salted popcorn, chantilly cream.
VEGETARIAN / VEGAN MENU:
Roasted squash and fig salad with crispy onion and herb breadcrumb, apple cider dress.
Beetroot wellington apricot stuffing, thyme and garlic roast potatoes, glazed root vegetables, chipolata, Brussel sprouts, vegetable jus.
Christmas pudding, red currants, brandy sauce.
Menus may change if certain ingredients are unavailable due to supply chain issues. We cater for all dietary requirements. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet so you can let us know about them. If anyone in your party requires Kosher food, please get in touch. It comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge.
The running order for this event is as follows:
7.30pm – VIP red carpet arrival with a Glass of Prosecco
8.00pm – 3 course dinner is served and drinks package begins
10.00pm – Live Music, Casino Tables, Glitter Bar
12.00am – Live band finishes, background music continues
12.30am – Bar closes.
01.00am – Carriages

Is this a shared event?
Yes, the main party room is shared. This is where dinner is served, and also where all the live music takes place during and after dinner.
Will we have our own table?
Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.
Are drinks included in the price?
Yes.
The All-Inclusive Lite ticket includes unlimited soft drinks, along with a welcome drink and 1/2 a bottle of wine per person.
Your All-Inclusive Standard ticket includes unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks.
For £30 +VAT per person, you can upgrade to All-Inclusive Plus. This gives you unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks — plus 6 single spirits (with or without mixers), or glasses of Prosecco.
With all options, all-inclusive drinks are served from 8pm until 12.30am.
Will the hotel cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately.
The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel, it comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge.
How much is the deposit? And when is it due?
To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £50 + VAT per guest at the time of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
Can I add additional guests later?
We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes before 1st November and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we can add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this.
If you want to add guests, contact us on 0208 102 1105. We’ll let you straight away if there’s availability. If there’s enough space for additional guests, full payment will be required in order to secure the booking.
What’s the minimum and maximum number of guests I can book for?
The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number for this venue is 400.
Is there parking near the venue?
Yes, there’s free parking at the Hilton Syon Park.
What about public transport links?
The nearest station is Syon Park Station. It’s a 15-minute walk away from the hotel.
Can I stay at the hotel?
Yes, although you will need to arrange the booking. Unfortunately, we’re unable to do this for you.
