Most shared christmas parties in London have a minimum of 10 guests for a booking however it is possible to request smaller bookings of 8 at some venues.
There is generally no maximum group size at a Shared Christmas Party. You can check availability with a member of our team.
When booking a Shared Christmas Party it is best to book for a guranteed number of spaces that you know will be attending. If you think you may have more guests at most venues it is possible to hold additional spaces to be confirmed nearer the time. A venue may contact you at any point to confirm or release those spaces if the vent is sold out and another client wishes to book the tickets.
Yes a deposit is required for all Shared Christmas Parties. If you are booking within six weeks of the party date then it is best to pay the full balance at the time of booking.
A booking is not confirmed until the booking form has been completed and the deposit payment has been received.
Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer deposits towards alcohol.
As the event serves alcohol all party members must be over 18. Venues operate a challenge 25 policy so those who are lucky enough to look young should bring a valid form of ID.
All venues endeavour to put members of the same party next to each other.
If a member of your party requires special dietary requirements then please notify us or the venue at the time of booking or balance payment.
