Eureka Events over delivered on our Christmas Event! We had looked at a few different options before we settled on our venue but what I really value from Eureka is that they think outside the box on venues, not only presenting different styles but really understanding what my company and I are looking for and incorporating this when he presents the ideas back, this is the personal touch that Matt brings to his business and why I’d highly recommend them.
We have used Eureka Events on many occasions - and at short notice - for a variety of team building and corporate events, and they have excelled every time. Eureka Events helped me in organising our Christmas party last year and to say helped is a massive understatement. We were not the easiest of customers and were constantly changing the amount of people coming and the people themselves which meant dietary changes and he was always happy to help with going backwards and forwards to the venue to get these changes made. We were also very late in the year booking so he managed it all last minute for us. I would send emails and call on a regular basis and would always receive a quick response, even if I called when he was away from his desk. Nothing was too much, and it took the stress of the day out of my hands, everything was sorted in good time and the event itself was spectacular. Eureka Events are a great team to work with and we will be working with them hopefully again in the future. ’

I found Eureka Events on Google when I had been let down by my events planner with another venue. It was a bit of a gamble as I hadn’t worked with them before but it certainly paid off! From the moment we talked they understood my brief and came back incredibly quickly, but more importantly with excellent options, within budget! I took a bit of a risk choosing a venue that was a pop up so couldn’t visit ahead of time, but Eureka Events team were assuring with photos and explanation of how things would work and look. In short, the team are utter professionals. They’re a step ahead, very flexible and take everything in their stride. On the day everything was slick, the staff were outstanding and all of my staff were overwhelmed with the décor, food, drinks, service and atmosphere (and as a design agency, we have high standards!) I can’t recommend them highly enough and we’ll be using them again for sure.
Just wanted to pass on thanks to you for you help in securing the venue for our Christmas Party. We had an amazing time and I have had so many of my colleagues saying it was a night to remember.
