Welcome to the Hollywood Gala Shared Christmas Party London 2025!
The Hollywood Gala 2025 in London is the most glamorous Christmas party of the year. You get the full red carpet treatment with sparkling fizz, glittering decor, casino tables, all-inclusive drinks, live music and all the entertainment you can handle.
Are you ready for your close up? A fully-costumed Hollywood paparazzi photographer will be there to ‘pap’ you at your elegant, Instagrammable best.
If you want to leave the stretch limo at home, feel free. The Hollywood Casino Party London venue is the Leonardo Royal London Tower Bridge. There are excellent transport links — or just relax, book an overnight stay and prepare your Oscar-winner speech.
As you make your film-star entrance on the red carpet, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco.
The dining room doors open, and it’s pure Hollywood glamour. Low lighting, a fabulous live singer and classic movie theme decor which makes you feel like you’re at the Oscars.
Strike a pose! A vintage-style Hollywood paparazzo will capture the moment (with your permission, of course).
Over a delicious 3-course Christmas dinner with all-inclusive drinks, our lounge singer performs timeless classics, while professional dancers take you right back to Hollywood’s golden age.
Dinner has been enjoyed, the all-inclusive drinks are flowing… and the entertainment has only just begun.
A live band is playing the most danceable tunes on the planet — and if you can resist the dance floor, the casino tables are open. Or why not visit the glitter bar where our professional face painters can add even more Hollywood sparkle to your evening.

STANDARD MENU:
Pressed chicken and apricot terrine with curly endive, chutney, crostini.
Roast chicken breast with sage & onion stuffing, served with pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, roast carrots & parsnips, Brussels sprouts, chestnuts, cranberry sauce, and turkey jus
Chocolate & raspberry torte, with raspberry sorbet
VEGETARIAN / VEGAN MENU:
Roast pumpkin soup, garnished with toasted pumpkin seeds, chives, herb oil, soya yoghurt
Beetroot Wellington served with roast potatoes, roast carrots & parsnips, Brussels sprouts, and a vegetable jus
Chocolate & raspberry torte, with raspberry sorbet
Menus may change if certain ingredients are unavailable due to supply chain issues. We cater for all dietary requirements. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet so you can let us know about them. If anyone in your party requires Kosher food, please get in touch. It comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge.
7.30pm – VIP red carpet arrival with a glass of Prosecco and paparazzi photographer
8pm – 3-course dinner, all-inclusive drinks, live lounge singer
10pm – Live party band, casino tables, glitter bar
Midnight – Live band finishes, background music continues
12.30am – Bar closes
1am – Carriages
Is this a shared event?
Yes, the main party room is shared. This is where dinner is served, and also where all the live music and entertainment takes place during and after dinner.
What’s the minimum and maximum number of guests I can book for?
The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number of guests for this venue is 420.
If we choose to dine in the shared event space, will we have our own table?
Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.
Are drinks included in the price?
Yes.
The All-Inclusive Lite ticket includes unlimited soft drinks, along with a welcome drink and 1/2 a bottle of wine per person.
Your All-Inclusive Standard ticket includes unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks.
For £30 +VAT per person, you can upgrade to All-Inclusive Plus. This gives you unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks — plus 6 single spirits (with or without mixers), or glasses of Prosecco.
With all options, all-inclusive drinks are served from 8pm until 12.30am.
Is there a dress code?
No. We want you to have a good time, so you can wear whatever you want.
But hey, it’s Hollywood! Most of our guests for this event love getting dressed up for it.
Will the hotel cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately.
The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel, it comes via a separate caterer and therefore incurs an additional charge.

To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £50 + VAT per guest. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
Can I add additional guests later?
We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes before 1st November and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we can add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this.
We’ll let you straight away if there’s availability.
