Gatsby’s Grand Soirée Christmas party takes you back in time to the extravagant, glamorous world of the jazz age.
Expect flapper girls, feather boas, the red-hot rhythms of the speakeasy, all-inclusive drinks, casino tables, glitter face painters… and feathers. Did we mention feathers?
You can leave the Rolls Royce Phantom at home. The Great Gatsby party is right in the heart of London at the Park Plaza Victoria London with great transport links. Or just stay put, relax and book a room at the 4-star hotel.
As you make a grand entrance on the VIP red carpet, our flapper girls are there to greet you. Grab your complimentary glass of fizz, strike a pose for the photos, and preen those feathers.
It’s time to party like it’s 1922!
Over a delicious 3-course dinner with all-inclusive drinks, our live singer performs modern classics… in 1920s style. Name that tune, anyone? And the 20s vintage vibe continues between courses as the flapper girls show off their best Charleston dance moves.

The all-inclusive drinks are flowing, dinner has been enjoyed… and the entertainment has only just begun.
The dance floor has now opened. The party band is on stage and it’s time to shake your tail feather. If you fancy taking a break from the dancing, get some gorgeous facial bling at the glitter bar or try your luck at the Gatsby-style casino tables.

Citrus cured fillet of salmon, avocado puree, pink grapefruit, caviar, rye melba toast
Roast turkey roulade wrapped in Parma ham, apricot stuffing, thyme and garlic roast potatoes, roasted parsnips, carrots, chipolata, sage-scented Brussels sprouts, turkey jus
Dark chocolate delice, Griottine cherries, pistachio, sponge
VEGETARIAN / VEGAN MENU:
Caramelized onion tart (vegan), Chia seed cream cheese, rosemary and lemon vinaigrette
Plant based roast with stuffing (vegan), thyme and garlic roast potatoes, roasted parsnips, carrots, sage- scented Brussels sprouts, winter vegetable jus
Chocolate and passion fruit tart (vegan/gluten free), Dark chocolate glaze, meringue
Menus may change if certain ingredients are unavailable due to supply chain issues. We cater for all dietary requirements. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet so you can let us know about them. If anyone in your party requires Kosher food, please get in touch. It comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge.
7.30pm – VIP red carpet arrival, welcomed by flapper girls and a glass of Prosecco
8pm – 3-course dinner, live music and all-inclusive drinks
10pm – Party band begins, dancing, casino tables and glitter face painters
Midnight – Live band finishes, background music continues
12.30am – Bar closes
1am – Carriages
Is this a shared event?
Yes, the main party room is shared. This is where dinner is served, and also where all the live music takes place during and after dinner.
Will we have our own table?
Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.
Are drinks included in the price?
Yes. Wine, beer and soft drinks are included in your ticket standard price. They’re served from 8pm until 12.30am.
Want to upgrade? For £30+ VAT per person, you can purchase 5 premium drinks tokens. Exchange them for a glass of prosecco or single spirits, with or without mixers.
Is there a dress code?
No. We want you to have a good time, so you can wear whatever you want.
However…Most of our guests love getting dressed up for this event. We recommend formal attire with immense amounts of glamour, style and panache.
Will the hotel cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately.
The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel. It comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge.
How much is the deposit? And when is it due?
To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £50+ VAT per guest at the time of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
Can I add additional guests later?
We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes before 1st November and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we can add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this.
If you want to add guests, contact us on 0208 102 1105 or email. We’ll let you straight away if there’s availability. If there’s enough space for additional guests, full payment will be required in order to secure the booking.
What’s the minimum and maximum number of guests I can book for?
The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number for this venue is 420.
Is there parking near the venue?
On-street metre parking is available outside the hotel.

Is there disabled access?
Yes.
Is there a cloakroom? Will I be able to leave my suitcase there?
Yes, the cloakrooms at all our party locations are free. If you have larger luggage items, there’s a free concierge service. Leave your luggage with them and they’ll look after it securely while you’re at the event.
Can I stay at the hotel?
Yes, although you will need to arrange the booking. Unfortunately, we’re unable to do this for you.
