How the night could run
The evening starts with a drinks reception among the stalls and rides, with hook-a-duck, coconut shies and arcade games for teams to compete on. Dinner can be seated or a run of street-food stands.
After dinner, a DJ takes over, and the rides and games stay open for anyone who'd rather play than dance.
