Venue listing terms

Christmas Party Venues is a trading name of Eureka Events Ltd (company number 13539235), 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX (“we”, “us”).

1. Who can submit

You confirm that you work for the venue, or are authorised by it, and that you are allowed to give us this information and agree to these terms on the venue's behalf.

2. Your information

You confirm that the details you send us (such as capacities, prices, packages, facilities and descriptions) are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you'll tell us promptly when anything changes. Details on our site are a guide: clients confirm final details, prices and availability with the venue before booking.

3. Photos, videos and other material

You confirm that you own, or have permission to share, all the photos, videos, logos, floor plans and text you send us, including permission from photographers and, where needed, from anyone who appears in them.

You give Eureka Events Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, copy, resize, crop and reformat that material, and to use it to promote your venue: on christmaspartyvenues.co.uk and our other websites, on social media, in proposals and shortlists for clients, and in our marketing. This also covers material already shown on your listing.

The licence continues while your venue is listed. If you ask us to remove material, we'll take it off our websites within a reasonable time; copies already sent to clients or already published, such as social media posts, may remain. Please tell us straight away if any material needs a credit or must be removed.

4. How we use your submission

We review every submission before anything is published. We may edit wording for clarity, length and style, choose which photos to show, and decide whether, where and how a venue is listed. We may decline or remove a listing at any time.

5. No guarantees

A listing doesn't guarantee enquiries, bookings, or any position on our site or in search engines.

6. Errors and liability

We take care to keep listings accurate, but we rely on information supplied by venues and other sources, and we can't guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in information supplied to us, or for information that has become out of date. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we'll correct it.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the content of a listing. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Complaints about material

If we receive a complaint that material you sent us infringes someone else's rights, we may remove it while the complaint is looked into, and you agree to help us resolve it.

8. Updating or removing your listing

You can ask us to update or remove your listing at any time: through your listing link, by replying to our email, or at hello@christmaspartyvenues.co.uk.

9. Your contact details

We use the contact details you give us to manage your listing and to contact you about it and about client events at your venue. See our privacy policy.

10. Other agreements

These terms cover listings only. They don't replace any separate agreement between your venue and Eureka Events Ltd, such as commission or booking terms.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms. The version shown when you send a submission applies to that submission. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
