The Grand Masquerade Ball in London transports you to the enchanting, mysterious world of the Venetian masquerade.
Lavish masks and costumes intertwine with a sumptuous 3-course dinner, all-inclusive drinks, live music, costumed performers, casino tables… and plenty of intrigue.

The Grand Masquerade Ball in London is held at the luxurious Leonardo Royal London St Paul’s. It’s right in the heart of the capital, with excellent transport links, so you can leave the gondola at home.
Your night of masked revelry begins with a sparkling glass of Prosecco and a VIP welcome from our costumed performers.
All-inclusive beer, wine and soft drinks keep the masquerade vibe buzzing as you’re served a delicious 3-course candlelit dinner.
Our live music is there to serenade you over dinner with timeless classics, and costumed performers entertain you with impressive dance moves.
Some parties wind down after dinner. In the heart of London, our Christmas Masquerade Ball is only just beginning…
A professional party band will get you onto the dance floor and keep you there. If you can resist dancing, visit the casino tables. Professional croupiers are handing out free just-for-fun casino chips and giving tips on how to play.
Or for some glittering facial artistry, try out the glitter bar. Our professional face painters will add a little extra gorgeously applied bling to the evening.
If you’re still wearing a mask at midnight, now is the moment to take it off. Reveal your true identity!

You’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, then all-inclusive drinks are served from 8pm until 12.30am.
Please note that all shared parties run on a set menu. Dietary requirements must be submitted in advanced within the venues deadline.

Menus may change if certain ingredients are unavailable due to supply chain issues. We cater for all dietary requirements. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet so you can let us know about them. If anyone in your party requires Kosher food, please get in touch. It comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge.
The running order for this event is as follows:
7.30pm – VIP red carpet arrival with a Glass of Prosecco
8.00pm – 3-course candlelit dinner with live music
10.00pm – Party band begins, casino tables and glitter face painters
12.00am – Music finishes, background music continues
12.30am – Bar closes.
01.00am – Carriages

Is this a shared event?
Yes, the main party room is shared. This is where dinner is served, and also where all the live music takes place during and after dinner.
Will we have our own table?
Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.
Are drinks included in the price?
Yes.
The All-Inclusive Lite ticket includes unlimited soft drinks, along with a welcome drink and 1/2 a bottle of wine per person.
Your All-Inclusive Standard ticket includes unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks.
For £30 +VAT per person, you can upgrade to All-Inclusive Plus. This gives you unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks — plus 6 single spirits (with or without mixers), or glasses of Prosecco.
With all options, all-inclusive drinks are served from 8pm until 12.30am.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code. However, it’s a masquerade ball, so it’s all about grandeur and elegance… and remember, everyone will be wearing a mask.
Will the hotel cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so each person is catered for appropriately.
The only exception to this is Kosher food. It can’t be prepared at the hotel and comes via a separate caterer, so it incurs an additional cost.
How much is the deposit? And when is it due?
To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £50 + VAT per guest at the time of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
Can I add additional guests later?

If you want to add guests, contact us on 0208 102 1105. We’ll let you straight away if there’s availability. If there’s enough space for additional guests, full payment will be required in order to secure the booking.
What’s the minimum and maximum number of guests I can book for?
The minimum is 8 people.
Is there parking near the venue?
The nearest car park is Baynard House Car Park, Queen Victoria Street, EC4V 4BQ.
What about public transport links?
The Leonardo Royal St Paul’s is within easy reach of St Paul’s, Mansion House or Blackfriars tube stations.
Can I stay at the hotel?
Yes, although you will need to arrange the booking. Unfortunately, we’re unable to do this for you.
