A Christmas party that feels refined from the moment your guests arrive. The Winter Wonderland Black Tie Ball in London brings together a formal setting, a clear structure and an all-inclusive format that makes planning straightforward while still delivering a strong sense of occasion.
Your evening begins with a red-carpet arrival and a glass of Prosecco, giving everyone a chance to settle in before moving into a winter-themed ballroom. Inside, the space is styled with twinkling lights, candelabras and seasonal décor, creating a consistent backdrop for the night. You’ll sit down to a three-course dinner while live music plays throughout, keeping the atmosphere relaxed without interrupting conversation.
As the night progresses, the format shifts into a more social party. A live band takes over with upbeat music, drawing people onto the dancefloor, while casino tables offer an alternative for guests who prefer something more low-key. There’s also a glitter bar and additional entertainment around the room, so your guests can move between different parts of the evening rather than staying in one place. It’s a shared Christmas party that works well for mixed groups, with enough variety to keep the energy consistent without feeling over-programmed.
The Winter Wonderland Black Tie Ball takes place at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge, a large four-star venue in central London. The space is well suited to this style of event, with capacity for larger groups and a layout that accommodates both dining and dancing comfortably. It’s within easy reach of Tower Hill, Tower Gateway and Fenchurch Street stations, making it convenient for guests travelling across the city. The hotel also offers over 300 bedrooms and spa facilities, which can be useful if some of your group prefer to stay overnight.

Questions
Is this a shared event?
Yes, the main party room is shared. This is where dinner is served, and also where all the live music takes place during and after dinner. You won’t be asked to share a table with other groups, you’ll only be seated with your group.
Are drinks included in the price?
Your All-Inclusive Standard ticket includes unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks. Alternatively, you can upgrade to All-Inclusive Plus. This gives you unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks — plus 6 single spirits (with or without mixers), or glasses of Prosecco. With all options, all-inclusive drinks are served from 8pm until 12.30am. Please note that everyone in your group must be on the same package. We cannot mix and match ticket types.
Is there a dress code?
This is a ‘black tie’ event. The best excuse to dress up and celebreate Christmas in style. Having said that, the `black tie’ dress code is not compulsory. We’re relaxed about it and will leave it up to you to decide what you wear. There will be no fashion police on the door glowering at you for wearing the wrong type of trousers and we won’t turn you away. For men, if you fancy going full `black tie’, the look consists of a tuxedo, dress shirt, black bow tie and shiny patent leather shoes. However, if that isn’t your style, don’t worry. A normal suit will be just fine. For women, this is a rare and special opportunity to wear a formal gown — although, again, you don’t have to. If a full-length, floor-swishing number isn’t your thing, opt for the refined sophistication of a knee-length cocktail dress.
Will we have our own table?
Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.
Will the hotel cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately. The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel. It comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge.
How much is the deposit? And when is it due?
To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £55+ VAT per guest. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
Can I add additional guests later?
We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes before 1st November and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we can add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this. If you want to add guests, contact us on 0208 102 1105. We’ll let you straight away if there’s availability. If there’s enough space for additional guests, full payment will be required in order to secure the booking.
What’s the minimum and maximum number of guests I can book for?
The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number for this event is 450.
