Your evening starts with a red-carpet arrival and a glass of Prosecco, giving your guests a clear sense of occasion from the outset. You’ll move into a Bond-themed dining room where a live tribute band performs familiar 007 soundtracks while a three-course dinner is served. Drinks run alongside the meal as part of the all-inclusive package, which helps the evening flow without interruptions or queues. The atmosphere builds gradually, with live music and performances adding energy without overwhelming the dining experience.
After dinner, the format opens up into a more social party. The live band shifts into more upbeat music, the dancefloor fills and the evening becomes less structured. The hotel also offers around 450 bedrooms, along with a spa, pool and gym, which can be useful if part of your group is staying overnight.

You’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, then all-inclusive drinks are served from 8pm until 12.30am.

Questions
Is this a shared event?
Yes, this is a shared party. The main party room is where dinner is served, and also where all the live music takes place during and after dinner. You won’t be asked to share a table with other groups, you’ll only be seated with your group.
Will we have our own table?
Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.
Are drinks included in the price?
Yes. Your All-Inclusive Standard ticket includes unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks. Alternatively, you can upgrade to All-Inclusive Plus. This gives you unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks — plus 6 single spirits (with or without mixers), or glasses of Prosecco. With all options, all-inclusive drinks are served from 8pm until 12.30am. Please note that everyone in your group must be on the same package. We cannot mix and match the ticket types.
Is there a dress code?
No. We want you to have a good time, so you can wear whatever you want. However…It’s James Bond! He’s famous for sartorial elegance and most of our guests for this particular event love getting dressed up for it.
Will the hotel cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately. The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel, it comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge.
How much is the deposit? And when is it due?
To secure your booking, we’ll need a non-refundable deposit of £55 + VAT per guest at the time of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
Can I add additional guests later?
We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes at least 3 weeks before the event and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we can add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this. If you want to add guests, contact us.
What’s the minimum and maximum number of guests I can book for?
The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number for this venue is 1000.
