The Grand Masquerade Ball Christmas Party London – exclusive hire

The Grand Masquerade Ball brings a clear structure, a strong visual theme and an all-inclusive format that makes it straightforward to organise. Booked exclusively, the ballroom and the whole evening are for your company.

Your guests arrive to a red-carpet welcome, greeted by costumed performers and a glass of Prosecco before stepping into a candlelit masquerade setting. From the start, there's a sense of occasion without it feeling overdone. Everyone moves through to a seated three-course dinner, with live music playing in the background and performers circulating between tables, adding movement without interrupting conversation. Drinks are included throughout, which helps keep the evening relaxed and avoids the usual stop-start feel of ordering at the bar.

As the night progresses, the format naturally opens up. A live band takes over after dinner, shifting the room from dining into a more social party atmosphere. The dancefloor fills, while casino tables provide an alternative for guests who prefer something lower-key. There's also a glitter bar and additional performers, so people can move between different parts of the evening rather than staying in one place.

The venue is the Leonardo Royal London St Paul's, a large, modern hotel in central London with capacity for up to around 450 guests. It's well positioned near St Paul's, with strong transport links across the City, making it easy for teams travelling from different parts of London. Bedrooms and leisure facilities are available if some of your group prefer to stay overnight, which can make the logistics simpler for larger bookings.
