The Lodge at Fountain Room Christmas Party London – exclusive hire

A Christmas party that feels warm from the moment your guests step inside. If you're planning something for your team and want it to feel relaxed, social and easy to settle into, The Lodge at the Fountain Room offers a softer, more inviting take on the usual format, and booked exclusively the whole lodge is yours.

You'll arrive into a sparkling drinks reception before moving into a space styled like an alpine lodge, with warm wood finishes, soft lighting and seasonal details that immediately shift the mood away from central London. Your guests will take their seats for a three-course dinner, with a menu designed to feel classic and satisfying, while the room stays lively without becoming overwhelming. It's the kind of setting where conversation flows naturally, which can make a real difference when you're bringing different teams together.

As the evening progresses, the structure opens up. A professional DJ takes over, turning the space into a more traditional party environment, while those who prefer something more low-key can explore the winter arcade games or make use of the photo booth. Tea and coffee stations keep things ticking along, and the option to add a drinks package means you can keep everything straightforward from an organiser's perspective.

The venue is the Fountain Room in Bloomsbury, styled entirely around the ski lodge concept to create a cosy, enclosed feel. It's well positioned for access, with Russell Square just a five-minute walk away and both Euston and King's Cross around ten minutes on foot, making it an easy meeting point for teams travelling across London.

For organisers, the format is clear, the setting does a lot of the work in creating atmosphere, and the evening runs without you needing to manage every detail.
