Battersea Evolution Christmas Party

If you want your Christmas party to feel like an event your team has genuinely stepped into, this is it. Carnivale at Evolution London swaps winter whites for heat, colour and rhythm, creating a bold, high-energy celebration that feels a world away from the usual end-of-year format. Booked exclusively, the whole production is staged for your company alone.

From the moment your guests arrive, the tone is set. They'll walk through torch-lit entrances and palm-lined pathways into a vibrant Latin-inspired world, where music, lighting and performers are already in full flow. The drinks reception is a show in itself, with tropical cocktails served beneath glowing festoon lights as samba dancers and live musicians move through the space. Then comes a standout moment. A dramatic reveal leads your guests into the main dining area, where towering theatrical elements and immersive staging build anticipation before the night properly unfolds.

Dinner takes place under a canopy of sparkling lights, with a three-course meal created by top-tier caterers, designed to feel as considered as the setting itself. Throughout the evening, the entertainment doesn't pause. Acrobats, aerialists, live bands and high-impact stage performances run seamlessly around the room, building towards a finale before the dancefloor opens up. After that, it's entirely your night. Guests can head to themed bars, jump on the dodgems for something unexpected, or stay front and centre as the DJ takes over and the energy ramps up into a full-scale party.

Set within Evolution London in Battersea Park, this purpose-built event space is designed for large-scale production, with expansive interiors, high ceilings and full technical capability to deliver a truly immersive experience. It's well connected for guests travelling across London, making it a practical choice as well as a standout one.

For organisers, the concept, entertainment and flow are all expertly handled, so you're not trying to create atmosphere on the night: it's there from the second your guests walk in. Tell us your numbers and preferred dates and we'll check exclusive availability and pricing with the organisers.
