Please note that all shared parties run on a set menu. Dietary requirements must be submitted in advanced within the venues deadline.

STANDARD MENU:
Citrus cured fillet of salmon, avocado puree, pink grapefruit, caviar, rye melba toast
Roast turkey roulade wrapped in Parma ham, apricot stuffing, thyme and garlic roast potatoes, roasted parsnips, carrots, chipolata, sage-scented Brussels sprouts, turkey jus
Dark chocolate delice, Griottine cherries, pistachio sponge
VEGETARIAN / VEGAN MENU:
Caramelized onion tart (vegan), Chia seed cream cheese, rosemary and lemon vinaigrette
Plant based roast with stuffing (vegan), thyme and garlic roast potatoes, roasted parsnips, carrots, sage-scented Brussels sprouts, winter vegetable jus
Chocolate and passion fruit tart (vegan/gluten free), dark chocolate glaze, meringue
Menus may change if certain ingredients are unavailable due to supply chain issues. We cater for all dietary requirements. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet so you can let us know about them. If anyone in your party requires Kosher food, please get in touch.
The running order for this event is as follows:
7.30pm – VIP red carpet arrival with a glass of prosecco
8.00pm – 3 course dinner is served and drinks package begins
10.00pm – Live Music, casino tables, glitter bar, photobooth
12.00am – Live band finishes, background music continues
12.30am – Bar Closes
01.00am – Carriages
Please treat the above as a guide rather than an exact schedule.
Is this a shared event?
Yes, the main party room is shared. This is where dinner is served, and also where all the live music takes place during and after dinner.
If we choose to dine in the shared event space, will we have our own table?
Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.
Are drinks included in the price?
Yes. You’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, then from 8pm until 12.30am there’s unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks.
If you’d like to upgrade, you can purchase 5 premium drinks tokens for £25 + VAT per person. Each token is redeemable for a glass of prosecco or single spirits with or without mixers.
Is there a dress code?
No. We want you to have a good time, so you can wear whatever you want.
However… Most of our guests love getting dressed up for this event. We recommend formal attire with immense amounts of glamour, style and panache.
Will the hotel cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately.
The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel. It comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge.
How much is the deposit? And when is it due?
To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £45 + VAT per guest. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
Can I add additional guests later?
We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes before 1st November and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we can add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this.
If you want to add guests, contact us on 0208 102 1105. We’ll let you straight away if there’s availability. If there’s enough space for additional guests, full payment will be required in order to secure the booking.
What’s the minimum and maximum number of guests I can book for?
The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number for this event is 420.
Is there parking near the venue?
On-street metre parking is available outside the hotel. The nearest car park is Tower Hill car park, 50 Lower Thames Street. For more parking locations, visit Parkopedia.
What about public transport links?
Tower Gateway DLR, Tower Hill tube station and Fenchurch Street Station are just a few minutes away.
Is there disabled access?
Yes.
Is there a cloakroom? Will I be able to leave my suitcase there?
Yes, the cloakrooms at all our party locations are free. If you have larger luggage items, there’s a free concierge service. Leave your luggage with them and they’ll look after it securely while you’re at the event.
Can I stay at the hotel?
Yes, although you will need to arrange the booking. Unfortunately, we’re unable to do this for you.
