Step into the glitz and glamour of the Roaring 20s with the Great Gatsby Christmas Party in London for your work Christmas party. Get ready to don your finest attire and immerse yourself in the extravagant world of the jazz-age!
Expect flapper girls, feather boas, and the retro rhythms of the speakeasy, all while enjoying unlimited beers and wines and try your hand at the fun casino tables.
The party is held at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge, right in the heart of London with excellent transport links.
As you step onto the VIP red carpet, be greeted by our charming flapper girls and toast to the evening with a complimentary glass of fizz. Strike a pose for the camera and get ready to party.
Once inside, you’ll be transported “Jay Gatsby’s mansion” complete with golden decor, twinkling chandeliers, and Art Deco motifs.
Enjoy a 3-course dinner accompanied by free-flowing beers and wines, while our live singer serenades you with modern classics in true 1920s style. Get ready to guess the tunes and sway to the Charleston dance moves performed by our talented flapper girls.
After dinner, the dance floor comes alive with our party band, inviting you to shake your tail feather to the rhythm of the night. Feeling lucky? Test your skills at the Gatsby-style casino tables for a chance to win big.

Please note that all shared parties run on a set menu. Dietary requirements must be submitted in advanced within the venues deadline.

Citrus cured fillet of salmon, avocado puree, pink grapefruit, caviar, rye melba toast
Roast turkey roulade wrapped in Parma ham, apricot stuffing, thyme and garlic roast potatoes, roasted parsnips, carrots, chipolata, sage-scented Brussels sprouts, turkey jus
Dark chocolate delice, Griottine cherries, pistachio, sponge
VEGETARIAN / VEGAN MENU:
Caramelized onion tart (vegan), Chia seed cream cheese, rosemary and lemon vinaigrette
Plant based roast with stuffing (vegan), thyme and garlic roast potatoes, roasted parsnips, carrots, sage- scented Brussels sprouts, winter vegetable jus
Chocolate and passion fruit tart (vegan/gluten free), Dark chocolate glaze, meringue
Menus may change if certain ingredients are unavailable due to supply chain issues. We cater for all dietary requirements. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet so you can let us know about them. If anyone in your party requires Kosher food, please get in touch. It comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge.
The running order for this event is as follows:
7.30pm – Guests arrive for Prosecco welcome drink.
8pm – Dinner is served, live 1920s music begins.
10pm – Entertainment and dancing begin with live party band (approximate time).
12am – Live band finishes.
12.30am – Background music finishes, entertainment & bars close.
1.00am – Carriages.
Please treat the above as a guide rather than an exact schedule.
Is this a shared event?
Yes, the main party room is shared. This is where dinner is served, and also where all the live music takes place during and after dinner.
Will we have our own table?
Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.
Are drinks included in the price?
Yes. Wine, beer and soft drinks are included in your ticket standard price. They’re served from 8pm until 12.30am.
Want to upgrade? For £25 + VAT per person, you can purchase 5 premium drinks tokens. Exchange them for a glass of prosecco or single spirits, with or without mixers.
Is there a dress code?
No. We want you to have a good time, so you can wear whatever you want.
However…Most of our guests love getting dressed up for this event. We recommend formal attire with immense amounts of glamour, style and panache.
Will the hotel cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately.
The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel. It comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge.
How much is the deposit? And when is it due?
To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £45 + VAT per guest at the time of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
Can I add additional guests later?
We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes before 1st November and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we can add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this.
If you want to add guests, contact us on 0208 102 1105 or email. We’ll let you straight away if there’s availability. If there’s enough space for additional guests, full payment will be required in order to secure the booking.
What’s the minimum and maximum number of guests I can book for?
The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number for this venue is 420.
Is there parking near the venue?
On-street metre parking is available outside the hotel.

Is there disabled access?
Yes.
Is there a cloakroom? Will I be able to leave my suitcase there?
Yes, the cloakrooms at all our party locations are free. If you have larger luggage items, there’s a free concierge service. Leave your luggage with them and they’ll look after it securely while you’re at the event.
Can I stay at the hotel?
Yes, although you will need to arrange the booking. Unfortunately, we’re unable to do this for you.
