The Webb Room captivates guests with its soaring ceilings, ornate gilt carvings, and intricately painted ceiling, setting the stage for an unforgettable event.

Situated on the first floor, guests ascend a beautiful black marble staircase to reach this impressive space.

Large windows flood the room with natural light, offering delightful views down the Mall. This bright and elegant space is ideal for entertaining, receptions, and dinners, whether hired standalone or in conjunction with the neighbouring Radhakrishnan or Council Rooms.

Guests will be mesmerized by the Trompe L’oeil painted ceiling, commissioned by the Ridley family in the style of Eugene Delacroix, which adds a touch of artistic splendour to the room. Despite remaining unfinished due to the outbreak of war, the painting holds a unique historical significance, as the room was once transformed into a ward for wounded officers during wartime. Nurses would push the beds to the open windows, where people gathered to cheer the heroes from the Duke of York steps outside.
